This policy explains what information parekheyeclinic.com collects, why, and how it is used. It applies to this website only. Information you share in person at the clinic is governed by the clinic's patient-record practices and applicable Indian law.

Information you give us

Appointment and contact forms. When you request an appointment we ask for your name, phone number, preferred branch and service, and optionally your email, preferred doctor, date, time and a message. This information is emailed to the clinic so that staff can call you back to confirm a time. Please do not include medical reports or sensitive health details in the form; bring them to your appointment instead.

Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact a branch directly, the information you share is used only to respond to you and arrange your visit.

Information collected automatically

Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are used (for example, which pages are visited and from which type of device). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address; IP anonymisation is applied by Google Analytics 4 by default. We do not send names, phone numbers or form contents to analytics.

Embedded maps. Branch maps are loaded from Google Maps only when you click "Show map". When loaded, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period.

Spam protection

The forms use a hidden field, a timing check and a per-connection rate limit to prevent automated abuse. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

How long we keep information

Form submissions are emailed to the clinic and handled as enquiries; the website itself does not store them in a database. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months).

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered through our hosting provider's email service. Analytics and map data are processed by Google under its terms.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through this website, or ask what we hold, by writing to parekheyeclinic123@gmail.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out tools.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Appointment requests for children should be made by a parent or guardian.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
